Our Story
How Gather & Gift Co. Came To Be
In 2022, Becky made the difficult decision to take a break from her career as a Physician Assistant while on maternity leave with her third child. The future was unclear, but Becky took a leap of faith that something more fulfilling would present itself after the pandemic robbed her of contentment in the field of medicine. After much soul-searching, Becky realized that gift giving was at the heart of nearly every happy memory and she wondered whether there was a way to share this passion with others. And one day it hit her: she could combine her love of helping others with her unique ability to bring joy through the form of gift-giving. And as her she chatted with her husband about this new idea, he said “so you would be basically gathering gifts so other people could give them?” The rest, as they say, is history.
